Chinese child poster - Wishes

This Chinese children poster features a happy kid holding pencils and a board, drawing picture of what her dreams are. Shortly after Cultural Revolution ended in 1976, school systems were re-established and education became once again important in child development. This timely poster was developed by Chang Zhou City Culture development center, created by Mo Shu Zi, published by Jiang Su Province People's Publishing House, distributed by Jiang Su province Xin Hua Bookstore, and printed by Jiang Su Xin Hua Printing Company. This poster is a first edition and published in June 1978. The price of the poster at the time was 11 Chinese cents. Size: 21" W by 30" L.
