Large Unusual Cultural Revolution Statue
This large Cultural Revolution Statue was developed to capture the very beginning of Cultural Revolution. In the summer of 1966, the very first Big Letter Post was developed in Beijing University. Titled "Bomb the Commander Office, Revolution is not a Crime," this very first Big Letter Post made Mao recognized the power of students and he encouraged students to challenge what is considered right and wrong by the norm. Revolution Committee was established and subsequently replaced the local governments. Many Chinese grew up during the Cultural Revolution would recall vividly the beginning of Cultural Revolution and refers the "Bomb the Commander Office" first Big Letter Post the ignition for the subsequent 10 Years of Chaos.
