Mao's Red Book - Long live Mao's Theory

Titled Long Live with Mao's theory, this red book was distributed internally, and contain Lin Biao's words which says "Great Helmsman, Great Leader, Great Teacher and Great Commander. Long Long live Chairman Mao". The red book once belonged to someone named Li Yuan Shan, who wrote inside of the book "Forever Loyal to Chairman Mao". In the back of this red book, a rare footage was found featuring Lin Biao's words that said the following: "Read Mao's book, Listen to Mao's words, Do what Mao tell you to do, and be a good soldier to Chairman Mao". The red book was published in November 1968, and reprinted in May 1969. After Lin Biao's fallen from the political stage in China, all books containing Lin Biao's words were ordered to be returned to the Central government and Lin Biao was named as a traitor by the Central Chinese government, thus, books with not just one but two sections of Lin Biao's words were among rare survivors of the Cultural Revolution's changing political atmosphere. There are a number of photos of Mao disclosed in this book, some are not shown here, making this red book a true collectible. Size: 4.25" long by 3" W.
